Special baggage conditions apply for children under 2 years of age, depending on the airline. Usually, you can transport 1–2 pieces of children's equipment for free, such as a stroller, car seat, booster seat, or travel cot.
A stroller is usually free of charge for children over 2 years as well.
You can check in the stroller at the check-in counter, at the boarding gate, or take it on board if it meets the dimensions of carry-on baggage (it counts towards the allowed number of carry-on items).
Baggage limits can be checked with our Customer Service or on the airline's website.

Travel insurance is not included in the price of the stay, but we will be happy to arrange it for you.
You can choose from these options:
Medical expenses insurance:  includes insurance for medical expenses, search and rescue, accident insurance, liability insurance, and assistance services
Travel insurance PLUS: includes insurance for medical expenses, search and rescue, baggage insurance, missed transport, accident insurance, liability insurance, and assistance services
Comprehensive travel insurance: includes, in addition to the above, trip cancellation insurance and trip interruption insurance
Trip cancellation insurance: covers the cancellation of ordered services for medical or other proven reasons according to the GTC of the European Travel Insurance Company, and also includes trip interruption insurance

If you have your own annual insurance or insurance with a credit card, check if it also covers trip cancellation. Otherwise, we recommend purchasing only trip cancellation insurance.

The travel agency TurnaGO cooperates with the largest Travel Agency in Slovakia - pelicantravel s.r.o, which is the organizer of tours for TurnaGO and also the operator of the portal www.turnago.sk, and is insured against the insolvency of the travel agency. You can find the certificate HERE.

The prices of some products and services can only be guaranteed after their reservation has been created, issued, or after the product/service itself has been purchased from a specific supplier and confirmed by them.
The purchase and issuance of products/services take place only after they have been paid for by the client and the contract has been signed.
However, if the tour operator allows it, we will create an optional reservation and hold the capacity until payment is made and the contract is signed. 

A deposit payment is usually possible for holidays starting in more than 30-60 days, but it also depends on other factors such as the type of flight tickets, etc. The amount of the deposit can range from 10% with some travel agencies, but usually, the deposit is 25-50% of the price of the stay, with the remaining part to be paid approximately 35 days before departure for the holiday.

This type of room is often designated by many terms, for example, "Low cost / Promotion / Bestpreis / Sparzimmer / Spartipp", etc. These are rooms that are discounted and may (but do not have to) have some handicap (smaller size, worse location, view of the hotel's operational area, smaller window, no balcony, near the elevator, not renovated, etc.). Since the price difference between this and a standard room type is often only a few euros, we recommend choosing a standard room type instead.
